DC Talents is now assisting our client in finding a full-time Accounting Assistant located in Finspång.

This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by DC Talents and rented out to the client for the entire duration of the assignment. The assignment initially lasts for 10 months, with a desired start as soon as possible or as agreed.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The finance department of our client is seeking reinforcement during the implementation of a larger IT project. The assignment aims to relieve the existing organization and is expected to last for at least 10 months.

Main responsibilities

• Management of the supplier invoice flow and accounts payable
• Matching of supplier invoices
• Payments and handling of approval flows
• Contact with suppliers, both nationally and internationally
• Ongoing bookkeeping and year-end related tasks

You will be part of the Accounting team and report to the Accounting Manager. The work can partly be performed remotely, but the team prefers that you are on-site most of the time.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone with previous experience in accounts payable and ongoing bookkeeping. It is a requirement for the position that you communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. The role requires you to be comfortable with IT systems and have good knowledge of Excel.
